Australia is about to go into recession in 2023/2024, plus electricity prices as well as many other basics essential to life are surging. It has been announced that in July 2023 electricity jumped another 25% and a further 30% in January 2024. The wholesale price of electricity has increased from 6 c/kWh Feb 2022 to 21c/kWh in September 2023 (this is set in concrete). Retail electricity prices in Australia are set to soar. That means if you are an employee, there will be layoffs as people struggle to pay the increased cost of living. J.O.B (Just Over Broke)

Our offer is simple.

For commercial clients, we lock in their electricity at 7-10 cents per kWh for the next 7 years, so they avoid the price increases that are coming versus 44c/kw.

For our residential clients, we put the system on the roof 100% Government funded and they get paid $100-$200 a month to go solar.

With our solar/ battery system combo, they will be 90% plus free of the grid and save over $5,000 a year in fuel when they get an electric car. Tesla is already the number 1 selling car in Australia with an expected 67% of new cars sold in 2026 being electric.

You do not need experience. Two of our top performers came from non-sales backgrounds; an 18-year-old who worked at Coles and a school teacher.

To succeed you must.

  1. Be self-motivated and disciplined. This is not for someone with an employee mindset. You must be able to manage and motivate yourself.
  2. You must learn and follow our system. You must learn the presentation Verbatim. Not read it.
  3. Commit to constantly improving your skill and professionalism.
  4. Follow the lead generation system to the letter. It works.
  5. Be ethical. We are strict on compliance. This is why we have a 5-star rating on Instagram and a trophy for follow-up.

Here is what you need to do activity-wise.

  1. Constantly practice the presentation.
  2. Study and boost your skills.
  3. Be proactive and disciplined with your time.

Residential Solar. Lead generate from 4pm to 6 pm, 5 days a week or Saturday if you need to. Make 3 to 4 appointments a week, close two then you have just made $6,000 for the week. I just paid a 21-year-old $23,382 commission for the week. Why he succeeded is because he learned and followed the system. Note, our top performers close 80% of presentations. Our top performer is at 22 presentations for 23 for the month. Our offer is simple. Go Solar and get paid $100 to $200 a month for doing it. If the client qualifies, we can get the system 100% Federal Government Funded. Top performers have calculated hourly pay rates between $1,700 to $1,900. A factory worker who just started with us with no experience in sales and the desire to stop working night shifts has made $700.00 per hour in the first two weeks. 

Commercial Solar. Go to an industrial park and lead generate from 9am to 4pm. The commercial is only 6% saturated so the market is wide open. Receive a $9,000 commission for our standard package that will typically save a business about $12,000 a year in electricity with a 46% return on investment.  

Please do not waste our time applying unless 

  1. You are self-motivated and disciplined. You must be able to get yourself out there working. Activity is the precursor to success.
  2. You are willing to learn the presentation verbatim- not read it. Be warned, time will not be wasted on those who have obviously not learned the presentation. We cannot learn it for you. This is an opportunity for a six-figure income. That kind of income is not for the lazy, unmotivated, and poorly disciplined. If you are any of those things, you will not succeed in this role- and in reality, any role. Do not waste our time.
  3. Do not start making suggestions about how to improve the system. History teaches us that those with that attitude fail. Think McDonalds. Follow the system, it works.
  4. Don’t think you are too good to generate your own leads. Our system requires you to generate your own leads. We will show you how. Our director is old school and believes that the salesperson is responsible for his own lead generation. It's a sad day when a sales professional/businessperson thinks they are too good to do their own prospecting.

7. We are moving more and more to Commercial where market saturation is only around 6% saturated.
