AddressVAR Crows Nest is looking for a Customer service manager to join our friendly team of prestige vehicle repair shop in Crows Nest.

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Attend to customer’s inquires over the phone, via email or at the office.
- Booking customer’s vehicle for service and repairs as requested and with a focus on shop schedules and availability and business planning.
- Provide clear and objective information to clients of the business in relation to their vehicle repair or customer requests.
- Provide quotations, close sales, follow up information after sales and support to customers.
- Get Parts quotation from supplier, parts order, payments, Return parts.
Skills and experience
- Sales oriented, Outgoing personality
- Eager to learn new things
- Very high level of communication skills people skills
The most important skills are communication skills with customers and sales skills.
If you don't have any knowledge of the vehicle, it's okay because other staff will make the quote, but you must have sales experience and skills.
