About the role

It is an exciting time to join the Workday Support Team at Mercy Health as we deploy the Workday platform at Mercy Health

This leadership position encompasses multifaceted responsibilities to effectively design, lead, and implement the job architecture and compensation frameworks within the Workday system.

Reporting to the Group Manager – Workday, this role will ensure the Workday solution accurately captures the complex industrial and pay environment at Mercy Health to include over 20 awards and agreements.

This is a full-time, permanent role based from our Richmond office with hybrid working available (3 days in the office; 2 WFH or at another site).

 

ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking a proven specialist with demonstrable success deploying the Workday platform within a complex, diverse and evolving environment that can evidence their values based leadership and offer an authentic, engaging and agile character.

You will hold extensive experience and demonstrated competency in the following areas –

  • Substantial experience and understanding of the Workday platform;
  • A thorough understanding of Job Architecture, and Compensation Frameworks;
  • A thorough understanding of employee lifecycle and business processes;
  • Experience of people leadership in remuneration and/or payroll environments.
