- Facilitating and leading client workshops.
- Translating client requirements into functional designs.
- Partnering with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle - from leading design, right through to go-live and hypercare.
- Overseeing multiple Workday HCM modules.
- Sharing your experience with junior team-members to help them grow and develop.
- Contributing to the team's business development and market opportunities.

- Proven track record of leading successful Workday HCM implementations, with a preference for Core HCM and Recruiting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritise to meet deadlines and manage expectations where there are conflicting demands.
- Strategic critical thinker, with an aptitude for using that skill to solve complex problems and plan for the future.
- Teambuilding experience and skills, with a passion for conducting your best work with a diverse and multidisciplinary team around you to collaborate, share ideas, and learn together.
- Relevant Workday HCM certifications (desirable for Core HCM and Recruiting).
