We are seeking a full time Workers Compensation Administrator to join our highly skilled team. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with user friendly supporting tools and a positively engaged customer base.
We are looking for a team member with a strong sense of personal responsibility, great attention to detail and an ability to multi-task.
The Workers Compensation Administrator will be responsible for:
- The entry of workers’ compensation claims, related documentation and invoices
- Electronic uploads of all workers’ compensation related documents
- Reconciliation and batching of claim related invoices
- Manage invoice queries with employers and suppliers
- End of month reporting
- EDI Transmissions to the Regulator
- Income Support Calculations
- Administrative support to our team of Claims Consultants
- Reception duties that include incoming telephone calls, emails and greeting clients
- Arranging couriers, stationery orders, archiving, collecting and distributing mail
- General office administration duties
- Liaising with external stakeholders
Essential Criteria:
- Prior experience in a workers’ compensation administration role
- A positive mindset and desire to exceed customer expectation
- Advanced data entry skills with a high level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Advanced in Microsoft Office products, including Excel
- Ability to work with conflicting priorities
- A mature communicator able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders in a professional and discrete manner
Desired Criteria
- Experience in SolvInjury claim management software system is preferred
- Experience in SIMS claim management software an advantage
