Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified applicants for the part-time position of Administration Assistant within our Injury Management team.
  
Key accountabilities will include:
  • Provide claims management support through routine administrative tasks
  • Work directly with self-insurer on case management
  • Receipting invoices for authorisation and accounts processing
  • Maintain accurate work injury documents such as relevant reports and certificates
  • Maintain efficiency and effectiveness of administrative procedures within the Department
  • Register new injuries and update claims in the system
  • Assist case managers with adhoc tasks
Selection criteria:
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment with high level customer service principles and practices.
  • Experience providing administrative support in the rehabilitation and Injury Management space desirable.
  • Must have strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with SAP / SolvInjury and knowledge of SIRA payment codes advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver outcomes while working to deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ensuring data integrity
  • High level of flexibility, initiative and adaptability
  • This role will be required to be onsite
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Sound understanding of NSW workers comp legislation and process is highly desirable
