About the role
The Workforce Co-ordinator is accountable for monitoring, assessing, prioritising incidents and ensuring Field Technicians respond promptly to our valued customers.
What you’ll do
Monitor, manage and promptly action notifications received from clients or the Field Services Team.
Maintain the integrity of data within call management systems to ensure accuracy of information tracking all incidents to ensure customer expectations are met.
Analyse Technician availability and regional call loads to assist with directing the actions of the Field Services Team to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) directly assigning work to the Field Technicians when it is appropriate to do so.
Liaise with Sub- contractors and Agents to assist with meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
Contribute to the efficiency of the group by notifying the Customer Operations Manager of all delays in delivering prompt resolutions and potential SLA breaches as soon as they are observed.
What you’ll bring
Previous experience in a rostering/scheduling position is a must
Problem solving, analytical skills
An empathetic approach to dealing with the sensitivities of clients and Support Workers scheduling concerns
Strong communication skills
Time and people management capability
Able to work in rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays
Knowledge of Gaming, Wagering and Club Keno products, systems and software
Required to understand local / State geography
