We are now excited to welcome a Workforce Development Manager who shares this vision to join our growing team.
About the role

• Achieve commitments and sign-ups for Priority Industry Training, Jobs and Skills WA and Traineeship programs
• Achieve agreed number of enrolments in line with monthly sales and revenue targets
• Negotiate training services contracts and training quotes
• Business development including but not limited to advertising, telemarketing, web marketing, social media & email marketing and networking

The ideal candidate will possess the following

• Strong business acumen and judgement
• Understanding of the market and funding opportunities
• Previous experience in a sales role or VET/RTO
• Ability to ensure data accuracy in the CRM
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and key decision makers
• Exceptional presentation and time management skills
