The Workforce Optimisation Team develop Traincrew job card solutions to support changes to Queensland Rail’s SEQ Master Train Plan, special events and large-scale network closures.
Our Team of specialists combine the use of HASTUS and internally developed tools with a comprehensive understanding of our business, to provide robust data-driven insights to help inform future strategic planning for traincrew.
Key requirements of this position include analysis, modelling, and statistical and mathematical evaluation. Basic experience in programming language such as Python, Microsoft Excel VBA, SQL is required. HASTUS experience is strongly desirable but not essential. Your strong time management skills and ability to use your initiative will ensure your success in this role. We strongly encourage recent Mathematics graduates to apply for this role.
