What this opportunity involves:

We are seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our team as a Workplace Experience Ambassador. Reporting to the Workspace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences and fostering a sense of community within the workspace. You will be the primary point of contact for colleagues and visitors, providing exceptional hospitality and support to ensure an unrivaled Workplace Experience.

An Overview of the role:

  • Create a welcoming and engaging office environment for colleagues and visitors.
  • Provide exceptional Workplace Experiences through excellent service delivery.
  • Support space operations to maintain a high standard and address any issues.
  • Organize and promote a variety of community-driven events, aligned with sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
  • Engage with the workplace committee to drive community engagement and organize regular forums.
  • Understand the needs of the business and proactively address challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Workplace Team to deliver a shared vision.
  • Utilize digital platforms to engage both onsite and remote employees.
  • Collect and analyze workspace data to improve the overall employee experience.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance community engagement.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to promote events and community activities.

  • Experience in customer service, events, sales, or related industries.
  • Prior experience in co-working, corporate real estate, or start-ups is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Passion for and understanding of the future of work concepts.
  • Curiosity about entrepreneurial communities and start-ups.
  • Strong teamwork, accountability, and mindfulness.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant computer skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and remain adaptable.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong initiative.
  • Energetic, cheerful, and outgoing personality.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours.
