Here's a snapshot of your day;

  • Create positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations in the workplace.
  • Welcome visitors with warm and friendly demeanor
  • Facilitate open communication, acting as liaison between employees, clients and vendors.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workplace, ensuring facilities are well maintained, clean and safe.
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for various services and supplies, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Managing office budget, making cost-effective decisions to optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation, inspects and implement measures to maintain safe work environment
  • Maintain and check kitchen and office supplies. Order office supplies and other common use items for the site.
  • Assist with administration and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Facilities Manager
