Our Opportunity:We are looking for an Workshop/Appliance Service Technician to join our Melbourne team. If you are sustainably minded, we want you to use your knowledge to fix our appliances and/or air-conditioners quickly with our spare parts to satisfy our long-standing customers. Alongside this, we are looking for someone who is happy to help the team in the workshop when required.Would you like;

- Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions
- Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection
- Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory
- Assist and support the warehouse teams on occasion
Experience Required:- Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred
- Strong communication skills and comfortable with a PC
- Provide premium customer service
- Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
- Clean Drivers license essential
