Workshop Foreman

Lead and develop automotive technicians and lead the team in the workshop to deliver quality mechanical servicing, maintenance and repairs of vehicles

We are looking for a Foreman to join our Tuggeranong team!

• Coach and develop workshop team to solve operational performance problems
• Manage Stock levels to suite operational demand.
• Maintain the mechanic workshop in a clean, safe and professional condition.
• Assist with the evaluation and road testing of customer’s vehicles
  

Requirements:

• Coaching and developing workshop team
• Extensive understanding of Workshop Service and Repairs on all makes and model.
• Takes the initiative - proactively identifies and acts on new opportunities and/or threats
• Vast mechanical/tyre knowledge across a range of vehicle brands
