You will be flying out of Darwin to a project located in the Northern Territory where they have a secured pipeline of work. They have a significant fleet of earthmoving equipment including but not limited to Graders, Excavators, Loaders, Dozers and articulated Haul Trucks, whilst having a range of trucks, utes, and ancillary equipment to maintain and repair.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating breakdown repairs with the onsite fitters.
- Scheduling preventative maintenance with the operational team.
- Championing Fleet processes.
- Approval of Fitter timesheets.
- Administering our Fleet management system ‘The Fleet Office’ ensuring a high level of compliance to work order close outs.
- Assist fitters diagnosing issues.
- Intimate knowledge of civil earth moving equipment. Prior experience with road going trucks and light vehicles.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Solutions focused approach
- Dynamic communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
