A fantastic opportunity has become available for a proactive and enthusiastic Team Leaderto support our busy workshop located in Adelaide.
Main responsibilities:
- Create a safe, inclusive, and well organised working environment
- Set objectives of the team in line with customer and company timelines.
- Co-ordinate work scopes with other facilities, departments, and subcontractors to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Fault find and resolve problems within your areas of competence
- Carry out mechanical fitting or machining duties as required to support delivery to customers’ requirements.
- Work as a team with other valve technicians and lead them to ensure the required safety, quality, and customer priorities are delivered.
The Successful Candidate will ideally have (training will be provided for right candidate):
- Trade Qualifications in Fitting and Machining, First Class Machinist or Similar Automotive / Mechanical Field.
- Previous experience with Pressure Safety, General and Control Valves
- Experience in Process Engineering environment either in a workshop or on-site.
- Previous Experience providing Leadership and Co-Ordination in a workshop or site-based Process Engineering Environment
