Legal WP Operator - Part Time (4 days per week)Brilliant opportunity for an experienced Word Processing Operator to assist a national law firm on a temporary basis. Our client requires someone to commence immediately to assist on an ongoing basis, 4 days per week (Tuesday to Friday). Previous experience in word processing and document creation and formatting is essential.The Role:In this role, you will be required to support various Partners and their team with the below duties:

• High volume dictation
• Formatting, re-formatting and converting documents
• Editing and finalising documents such as engagement letters, tenders and proposals
• Billing/invoicing
• Managing excel spreadsheets
• Ad hoc duties as required

About You:To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience handling WP duties and high-volume dictation as well as a minimum typing speed of 80wpm. You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Strong IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Adobe, iManage and Affinity
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Personable, friendly and approachable
• Ability to prioritise competing work commitments
• Excellent time management sills and an eye for detail
