What is the opportunity?

PRC are looking for our next X-Ray Assistant Super Reliever on a Full-Time permanent basis. This is a unique role that allows the opportunity and be expected to work across any of our Perth Metropolitan area. (Southern, Northern & Inner Suburbs) You will be provided with the necessary training required for approximately 3 months.

This is a Monday to Friday 37.5hrs per week and working 1 in 3 Saturday mornings as regular overtime!

Reporting to the Technical Supervisor your duties will include:

• Maintaining a high level of care, safety and confidentiality when dealing with patients/customers
• Assist Radiographers and Radiologists with diagnostic imaging procedures such as CT/US injections and FNA’s.
• Ensure Radiologist lists are running on time.
• Record and maintain correct documentation for each patient.
• Assist with monitoring stock levels.
• Data entry
• Ensure change rooms are clean and tidy.
• Patient observation and liaison with Ward Clerks and Orderlies
• Participate in Saturday morning roster - 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

What do you need to be considered?

• Driver’s license, reliable transport & ability to travel across all PRC locations.
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Professionally presented and able to effectively liaise with individuals from all social and cultural backgrounds.
• Confident computer skills and data entry
• Ability to provide or obtain a National Police Check within 6 months.
• Full Australian working rights is
• Ability to provide Covid-19 vaccination certificate, including boosters.
