What is this role all about?
SIXT has an immediate position for a full-time Yard Hand/Car Washer/Driver. We are seeking someone to join our dynamic team, who is reliable and works well in a team environment.
Specific areas of responsibility of the role:
- Wash trucks and cars to a company expected premium standard.
- Maintain a clean workshop and yard while also looking for continuous improvements.
- Moving passenger vehicles in between stores
- Driving trucks to various locations, metro area
- Assisting with School Deliveries
- Liaise with Fleet Operations Manager on daily tasks.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as directed by the Fleet Operations Manager
Competencies:
- Physically fit
- Previous yard hand/labouring experience desired.
- Current motor vehicle license.
- HR license (huge advantage)
