Your new role
As an experienced yard / general hand and/or forklift operator, you will join the team in an "all-rounder" position where you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, all with the aim of delivering quality products and service to customers and clients. Starting on day shifts with training provided, there is the potential to move to afternoon shifts as the company moves to full-time operations.
Duties may include:
- Forklift operation
- Handling of supplies and resources
- Heavy lifting / Manual Labour
- General upkeep and cleaning of yard
- Use of hand and power tools
- Loading and unloading of supplies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Forklift Ticket
- Industry experience (Concrete / Industrial setting) - preferred but not essential
- Driving licence and own transport
- Physically fit and capable
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Available Monday - Friday and able to work overtime if needed.
- Availability for afternoon shift
- Positive and proactive attitude towards your work.
