Dindas Australia is a national wholesale distributor of timber, we've been around a long time and have an amazing reputation in the industry. We sell timber related products with offices in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.
Our Melbourne Production team at Clayton South are a busy, close-knit group who are looking for their next awesome Yard Team Member.
About the job
Our newest Team Member will work a day shift; Monday to Fridays - hours to be determined for the right candidate.
Your day will be kept busy and you'll truly be part of this feel-good team. Some of the key tasks you'll take on will be;
- Preparing and packing timber orders
- General site cleaning and housekeeping to keep our work environments safe
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Forklift driving
- Using electric cutting machinery and tools as needed (chainsaws and drop saws)
About You
- You're genuinely seeking a stable, ongoing role as part of a production team on site
- You have a positive attitude and pride yourself in your ability to communicate well with others
- You like working as part of a team and want to settle into role where you're valued longer term
- You value health and safety and always work to adhere to OH&S policies and procedures
- You're open and interested in learning and happy to be trained up as needed
We'd love if you had an existing Forklift licence but it's not essential - on the job training will be provided for the successful candidate.
