About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Yard Technician to unpack, service and clean all receivable, storage and dispatch of products. This role works as a part of the Operations Team and assists in performing regular yard maintenance duties as well. We are seeking candidates to join our team on a casual basis with a view to permanency.
About the Person - Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in workplace 5S practices
- Ability to work autonomously with high integrity
- Efficiency and open-minded attitude to perform duties
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a small team
- Physical fitness to perform duties such as unpacking, cleaning, and servicing products
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management and record-keeping to ensure accuracy in handling all receivables, storage, and dispatch of products
- Situational awareness to adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Maintain and service manufacturing tools and equipment
- Commitment to following quality, safety, and environmental instructions.
Requirements for this Role
- Pass a pre‐employment full medical clearance
- Hold valid Rights to work in Australia
- Hold a Forklift licence
- First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- Construction white card (preferred).
