Permanent - Full Time (Flexible)
Band 8 - $122,746.58 - $137,547.07 + super + RDO (RDO applicable for full time 38 hours per week only)

This role is a newly developed position, leading a team of four specialist advisors and reporting directly into the Manager People and Culture. The role is responsible for the successful delivery of Council’s culture, diversity and Capability initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Extensive experience in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and Organisational Development (OD).
- Strong people leadership experience, along with a sharp business mindset.
- Proven ability to design and promote engaging and sustainable D&I and OD strategies.
- Sound experience in building strong relationships with stakeholders and forming strong, collaborative team dynamics.
- The ability to identify, design, implement and manage the learning and development requirements for Council.
- Experience in workforce planning, including the ability to understand trends and offer appropriate recommendations.
- An understanding of Child Safe practices and legislation.
- The drive for innovation, creativity and continual growth.
