We invest in our people by building rewarding careers, offering training and development opportunities and a values-driven culture where our people can belong and thrive.About the roleWe have an opportunity for a Youth Triage Officer to join our Youth Wellbeing and Accommodation team on a permanent part time basis working 45.6 hours per fortnight. The role will be based at either our Cannington, Ord Street or Mirrabooka locations.This role will provide a comprehensive referral and intake process to young people and their families, attend networking events, maintain record keeping systems, conduct initial screening assessments and develop relationships with stakeholders within the community.About youYou’ll have a passion for supporting young people and their families while also having:

  • Extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector or a Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Youth Work, Social Work or similar
  • Prior experience working with young people and their families
  • Strong knowledge of assessment practices
  • Experience in counselling, intervention techniques and service models
  • The ability to problem solve and time manage effectively
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Driver’s Licence
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
