About the RoleWe are currently seeking applications from experienced
Zero Harm Advisors to join our Power and Energy business to assist with shutdowns to a market leading client. The
Zero Harm Advisor will be the onsite focus point for all Safety issues. Continually maintains safety for self and others as a top priority. Understands HSE Policy and own obligations.
About You- Minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Safety Management
- Possess a construction white card, confined space, working at heights and a high-risk license are all preferred certifications
- OHS exposure gained within a high-risk industry
- Shutdown experience preferred
- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to evaluate and implement Zero Harm policies and procedures and ensure compliance
- Ability to conduct audits; investigations of safety issues and assist in developing improvement plans based on findings
- Demonstrated ability to develop Zero Harm improvement plans to drive and promote proactive safety awareness programs
