Downer Utilities provides end-to-end service solutions across Power, Gas, Telecommunications, Water and Wastewater, Metering Services, Power, Transmission and Renewable constructions. Due to growth and expansion, Downer Utilities is now seeking expressions of interest for a range of opportunities servicing the greater Sunshine Coast region.
THE ROLE
As a Zero Harm Manageryou are vital in ensuring safety is at the front of everyone's mind. Reporting to the ANZ Zero Harm Manager and leading two Zero Harm Advisors, you will have the opportunity to mentor, support and develop a program of works with the Downer Utilities space.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Lead the Zero Harm initiative through accurate technical advice and support.
- Guide, mentor and manage a team to ensure high performance and self-development.
- Build and sustain positive and collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Lead the implementation of Human & Operational performance principles through considered change management strategies and consultation.
- Undertake and provide advice on risk assessments and risk management processes relating to Zero Harm.
- Contribute to the improvement of Zero Harm processes across Downer.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in a Zero Harm leadership role within a large project environment, preferably within the civil/construction space.
- Minimum Certificate IV in WHA (Diploma/Degree qualification in WHS or related field advantageous).
- ICAM lead investigator.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (advantageous).
- Auditing qualifications (advantageous).
