As our Frontdesk Coordinator, you will be overseeing all aspects of our office operations. You will be the pretty face of our practice, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention at all times.
As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in running office operations. Your focus will be on providing exceptional care and attention to our patients, contributing to our practice's welcoming and caring atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in working a dental practice, with strong leadership and communication skills. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Frontdesks gets to be:
- running daily operations of the dental practice, including accreditation needs, scheduling, patient communications, and financial management.
- Ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and attention at all times.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of dental professionals.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of all office activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Nurses get to be:
- Patient Care Support: Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout treatments.
- Instrument Management: Sterilize and organize instruments, prepare trays, and maintain equipment for efficient dental procedures.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, update charts, and document treatment plans meticulously.
- Radiography Assistance: Take and process dental x-rays following safety guidelines and aiding in diagnostic procedures.
- Administrative and Office Support: Schedule appointments, manage inventory, and aid in office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
