Position Requirements
The ideal candidate should exhibit excellent organisational skills, demonstrate the ability to excel in stressful situations, and possess an approachable demeanour for efficient patient communication. Comfort with digital communication tools and an ability to handle sensitive information maturely is key. Additional training will be provided for the successful applicant.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with surgical procedures under local anaesthetic
- Sterilisation/infection control
- Minor lab work and preparation of digital models
- Stock control and external lab coordination
- Reception and telephone management
- Data entry and patient follow-ups
- Appointment scheduling and patient enquiries handling
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Past experience or familiarity with patients undergoing oral implant treatment
- Previous experience in a professional practice
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence to work autonomously
- Mature approach to handling sensitive information
- Multitasking ability and initiative
- Intermediate computer skills and a willingness to learn new software programs
