POSITION 1: JEWELLERY DESIGNER OPPORTUNITIES 

The successful candidate will have a formal qualification in Jewellery Design coupled with experience using a variety of design-related software programs

Your proven skills as a Jeweller and Jewellery Designer to accurately change concepts and ideas into three dimensional design.  An eye for detail in additional to strong organisation and planning skills a must.

With these skills you will 

• Maintain a strong and decisive understanding of precious metals, gemstones and diamonds 
• Utilize equipment to properly identify all gemstones and diamonds & perform all key tests to determine proper assessment of any and all jewellery
• Stay up to date on all jewellery design industry standards.

Additionally, a minimum of 12 months experience is required in jewellery design, jewellery retail and competency in conceptualising and designing prototypes for the manufacture of core and bespoke jewellery pieces, inclusive of personalised design consults.

You will have the ability to work in a fast moving environment and being part of a team. You will be CAD literate and understand the jewellery manufacturing process. A proven academic as well as practical skill set is mandatory. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE we are seeking: 

• Knowledge of designer jewellery, diamonds and coloured stones 
• Retail jewellery experience (min 12 months) with face to face client consultations
• Exceptional presentation & communication skills
• Hand sketching (concept design)
• Bench Work, including jewellery polishing, rhodium plating and laser soldering
• Arms Signature Series experience beneficial
• Show willingness to flex into other areas based on business needs & perform any additional tasks assigned, as necessary for the success of the business

Offer: Annual salary estimate from $70,000 + Superannuation

POSITION 2: JOIN OUR SALES TEAM

We are also looking for a motivated and engaging Sales Professional and welcome applicants with relevant experience and genuine passion. We invite you to apply to join the team at our Perth flagship boutique in Hay Street Mall.

You will be available to work on Sundays with the potential to work alternating Sundays. The boutique is open Sunday to Friday. No late-night trading and have every Saturday off!

Casual, part-time and full-time positions considered for an immediate start.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Ability to drive sales with previous sales experience in premium or high-end luxury retail. Jewellery experience is desirable however not essential as training will be provided.
• Excels at providing wonderful customer service experiences for our customers.
• Can work efficiently autonomously and as part of a team.
• Proficient admin skills, good email etiquette and technology savvy.
• A current police clearance and positive professional reference checks are a condition of employment.
