We are seeking a trade qualified Manual Machinist/Fitter & Turner for immediate start on a Part-Time basis or a Mature Age Apprentice 4th Year. The wage will be negotiable pending experience and knowledge. The successful applicant must be able to operate a variety of lathes, milling machines, general workshop machines and hand/power tools.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate in First Class Machining or Fitting & Turning
- Set up, clean and operate machines as per job specification
- Be able to demonstrate safe work practices always
- Must be able to read and interpret engineering and machining drawings
- Accurately read and work both metric and imperial measurements
- General maintenance and cleanliness of machines and work area
- Will need to display skills to work unsupervised with an excellent quality of work
- Mechanically minded

- CAMWorks Software
- Welding

- Machining of polyurethane products (training provided) and Manufacturing Moulds
