Form of work Camco Engineering provides a range of manufacturing & maintenance services to the mining, power generation and oil and gas sectors. We are currently seeking to employ a qualified and experienced 1st Class Machinist to work in our Canning Vale workshop in Perth WA.

Essential Skills & Responsibilities:
Setting up jobs and tooling for production purposes.
Use machining tools to mill, cut, grind, bore, drill and plane to form various metal stock and castings. All to fine tolerance
Visually check measuring equipment and report any equipment requiring repair or recalibration
Report all malfunctions or damaged equipment
Prerequisites;
Year 10 education minimum
Trade certificate in relevant trade
Knowledge of machine shop practices
Typical experience;
Vertical Borer CNC
Horizontal Borers- Manual & CNC
Milling Machines- Manual & CNC
Centre Lathes- Manual & CNC
We require a strong commitment to HSE and QA as a priority, and the ability to work unsupervised and function well within a team environment.
