As a 1st Year Apprentice Electrician specialising in residential maintenance, you will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining electrical systems in residential settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems in residential properties
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues under supervision
- Perform routine inspections and electrical safety checks
- Support senior electricians in wiring, fixture installations, and repairs
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm and passion for pursuing a career in electrical services
- Completion of Cert II in Electrotechnology Pre-Apprenticeship
- White card and basic knowledge of hand tools
- Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
