We have 2 xSupport Specialist positions available at our Forest Glen office on the Sunshine Coast for Linux and IP network experts.
Work from home:
We follow a hybrid model and so we usually work in the office two days a week and from home on other days. Full remote work is absolutely, 100% not possible.
Some of your tasks will include:
- Deployment of software in high security environments
- Liaising with software developers
- Development of scripts to automate tasks
- Logging into remote systems to analyse, trace and resolve faults
- Service restoration
- Preparing reports for customers
- Answering queries from customers
