These are both exciting opportunities to join our dynamic Program Coordination-Aged Care Team. The focus of the roles is to ensure that the care delivered to clients is planned, goal focused, and is individually tailored for each recipient.
The roles are demanding and require the successful candidates to possess a high level of interpersonal, communication, mediation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to interact with a range of professional people, organisations and consumers. You will also have the ability to display understanding, empathy and have the capacity to work harmoniously within a busy team environment.
It is a requirement of both roles to have a qualification in a relevant discipline or are currently working towards same or have significant experience within the Aged Care sector.
HOW TO APPLY
In order to be eligible for these positions you must be able to obtain a current Working with Vulnerable People card (Employment) with NDIS Worker Screening endorsement, and a satisfactory National Police Check.
