Our Summer Intern Program is an 8-week program designed specifically to back you in this early stage of your career. You’ll be immersed in future skills and employability development workshops combined with an engaging placement in a business stream of your choice. You’ll gain valuable insights into the banking and finance industry, along with extensive career coaching to support you in discovering your passions, what you want from your career and the steps to take to achieve it.

Our Summer Intern Program

Summer Intern Program dates…

Our Summer Intern Program commences between 25 November 2024 – 31 January 2025, and during this period you’ll need to be available for full time employment.

To be eligible for our Summer Intern Program you MUST:

  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application.
  • Be in your penultimate (second last) year of your undergraduate/postgraduate degree and free to commence full time employment by November 2024.
  • Commit to and be available for full time employment over the 8-week program.
  • Complete the online application and if successful you’ll progress to an online assessment, video interview and engagement centre. Engagement centres are held by stream and will be 100% virtual, meaning you can participate from any location.
