We are a team of trusted partners of the business, enabling NAB to deliver on our strategic ambition. We provide specialist advice to support strategic decisions to create value for our colleagues, customers, and shareholders. We do this by leveraging data and technology to share insights with the business to ultimately deliver accurate management and financial accounting outputs.
Our team is responsible for NAB Group’s finance activities and investor relations through preparing reports, transforming complex financial and non-financial data, and ensuring effective controls are operating effectively in line with policy requirements.
This program stream is held in Melbourne.

Our Summer Intern Program commences between 25 November 2024 – 31 January 2025, and during this period you’ll need to be available for full time employment.

To be eligible for our Summer Intern Program you MUST:
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application.
- Be in your penultimate (second last) year of your undergraduate/postgraduate degree and free to commence full time employment by November 2024.
- Commit to and be available for full time employment over the 8-week program.
- Complete the online application and if successful you’ll progress to an online assessment, video interview and engagement centre. Engagement centres are held by stream and will be 100% virtual, meaning you can participate from any location.
