Join us during an exciting period as we welcome more state-of-the-art aircraft, launch new international routes and continue our mission to help more people take off through low fares.The Product Manager, Loyalty Programs is a new role within our Product and Ancillary Revenue Team, reporting to the Manager, Member Programs. This role is responsible for airline Loyalty Programs’ strategy and experience for Jetstar customers. This includes Qantas Frequent Flyer, Emirates Skywards and JAL Mileage Bank.In this role, you will work closely with Marketing and Digital teams to increase awareness of the earn and burn proposition and develop strategies to drive member engagement. In particular, you will collaborate closely with Qantas Loyalty stakeholders to co-design enhancements to the Qantas Frequent Flyer offering for Jetstar, keeping the Jetstar customer front of mind. In doing so, you will develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across the Qantas Group ensuring the success of the partnership.The core responsibilities of this role are:
  • Developing the Loyalty Programs’ strategy for customers booking and flying on Jetstar
  • Co-designing the Qantas Frequent Flyer experience with Qantas Loyalty stakeholders
  • Translating the earn and burn strategy into a program of work that delivers business outcomes and great member experiences
  • End-to-end development of new products and new loyalty relationships from business case creation to delivery
  • Using research and data to create a program roadmap across all airline Loyalty Programs that drives member engagement and repeat purchase behaviour
  • Identifying opportunities to grow awareness of earn and burn opportunities in Jetstar channels and driving the delivery of initiatives with Marketing and Digital teams
  • Conducting regular reporting against KPIs and adapting the roadmap where required
  • Presenting outcomes of the Jetstar and Qantas Loyalty partnership to senior leadership at regular review sessions
  • Managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships across the Qantas Group and with partner airlines
  • Contributing to team culture, ensuring it continues to be a great environment to work in
To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • 4+ years’ commercial or product experience preferred
  • Leader who also works well autonomously with situational support from their manager
  • Flexible approach to work and responsibilities
  • Well-developed numerical, analytical and computer skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office software as well as ability to learn Jetstar standard software packages
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
  • Ability to influence positive outcomes at a senior level
