About the Role
For 2024 the General Surgery Unaccredited will offer 6 x 6 month rural General Surgery rotation to Warrnambool. This allows Registrars the potential to fulfil SET application requirements.
The Unaccredited General Surgery registrar posts are designed for Surgical trainee hopefuls, seeking to complete requirements in order to apply to various RACS SET streams. A wide range of surgical terms are offered and including General Surgery Registrar rotations and SET leave cover. Our General Surgery department is dedicated to future General Surgery hopefuls and will assist and encourage you with future SET applications. Our strong links to Monash University and the research precinct onsite will help you to maximize your development, allowing you to build versatility and experience numerous research opportunities.
We encourage current HMO3 and above to apply & will be considered for the position. Current HMO2s are encouraged to apply to the Senior Surgical HMO position.
