About the Role
The Unaccredited General Surgery registrar posts are designed for Surgical trainee hopefuls, seeking to complete requirements in order to apply to various RACS SET streams. A wide range of surgical terms are offered and including General Surgery Registrar rotations, SET leave cover, and rural General Surgery rotations to Warrnambool, Warragul and Latrobe regional. Our General Surgery department is dedicated to future General Surgery hopefuls and will assist and encourage you with future SET applications. Our strong links to Monash University and the research precinct onsite will help you to maximize your development, allowing you to build versatility and experience numerous research opportunities. As a Monash Doctor you will be encouraged to develop a culture that integrates research, education and practice.

Appointment duration is 12 months, however offers up to 2 years will be considered on a case by case basis.
