Offering two six-month rotations with an extensive range of clinical areas;
Outstanding training and development provided;
Contract role, part-time hours (0.84 EFT; 64hours per fortnight) or full time (1.0 EFT, 76hours per fortnight).

About the Role
We are seeking Registered Nurses with a minimum of 2 years’ experience (including a graduate year) who would like a career pathway into Mental Health nursing. As a Registered Nurse, you will participate in a structured 12 month program designed to consolidate and expand your career path set to commence in May 2024. The Program will involve two 6 month rotations.
As part of the TSPMH, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to enrolling into a Masters of Mental Health Nursing within 6 months of commencing. This is a mandatory prerequisite for all Nurses looking to join TSPMH. At the conclusion of your 12 months, you will be eligible to apply for Mental Health roles across the Monash Health network and further your Career. As a Registered Nurse, you will participate in a structured 12 month program designed to consolidate and expand your experience in Mental Health settings. Key elements of the Program include:
Rotations across a range of sites including Clayton, Dandenong, Casey, Kingston, Moorabbin and Doveton to expose you to a variety of clinical and operational settings;
Enrolment in the Masters of Nursing (Monash University)
Paid study days to support your educational development;
Access to Mental Health Nursing Professional Supervision;

This Program commences with an intensive Mental Health Program orientation in May 2024, the date still to be confirmed.
