We run a rotational program for you to be exposed to: 

  • Foundational consulting - budget forecasting, financial control, expense reporting.   
  • Specialist finance - investments, capital management, insurance.  
  • Intermediate Accounting - business partnering, group finance, internal Audit.

As a Finance Graduate, you’ll have exposure to the following: 

  • Reporting and providing insights on the consolidated group performance, external reporting, and financial control. 
  • Assisting with performance reporting, budgets, planning and analysis.  It also has responsibility to drive the digital finance initiative across CFO. 
  • Helping to report and provide insights on Reinsurance and Tax.

REQUIREMENTS  

  • A university degree or higher (from 2022-2024) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2024 - Business or Economics background (majors in finance, economics, accounting or related quantitative disciplines including mathematics, statistics, computer science). 
  • An average credit achievement (65%+), and  
  • Are an Australian and/or New Zealand citizen or Australian and/or New Zealand permanent resident.
