Role purpose:
It's an exciting time to join us, we are a newly formed Talent Acquisition (TA) team entering a new chapter of redesigning how we do Talent Acquisition at VHBA.
You will be a high performing Talent Acquisition professional who thrives on working as part of a team and taking initiative to drive the development of TA strategies. You'll be a confident professsional who can provide sound advice to business stakeholders and ensure exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through the recruitment cycle.
