Form of workOur client is a Builder developer who deliver Large scale Industrial parks all across the Western Region.
They have a strong pipeline of work coming up for 2024 and beyond and are looking for a 2IC / Foreman to help a section of this development under a Senior Site Manager
The Position:
- 2IC to the Senior Site Manager on a $80m Industrial Park
- You will be trained in aspects of site management but are expected to be of a level to manage your own portion of trades.
- Managing OHS and Site Safety
- Coordinate the work and performance of multiple teams to achieve outcomes
- Trouble shooting onsite issues
- Complete progress reporting, activities, regular reporting to the Project Manager
- Contribute to development of work methods, construction programs and planned workload
- Undertake site inspections, conduct testing and upkeep of site inductions where required
The person:
- Formal Qualifications - Trade or Construction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of OH&S
- Experience on a Commercial or Industrial builds over the value of $5m +
- 3 + years experience on Commercial / Industrial building sites for a lead contractor
