As a Production Assistant your responsibilities will mean a whole lot more, serving families across our funeral homes as they prepare for the funeral service for their loved one. This role will offer you new life skills, personal growth and development and the opportunity to progress your career in a personally rewarding industry.
Duties of a Production Assistant include:
- Printing, cutting, assembling, trimming, and packaging our products in alignment with customer needs (these will involve operating equipment related to printing)
- Ensuring production needs are met in timely fashion and supply is at an optimum level
- Manual handling tasks such as lifting items that are 20+ kg
- Making deliveries via company vehicle as required
About you:
- Minimum 3 years' experience (ideally recent) in printing or production
- High attention to detail
- Possess an Unrestricted Drivers' Licence
- Reliable work ethic and enjoys working in a small, friendly team
- Takes responsibility for safety within the workplace
- A passion to contribute to the community in a meaningful way
