Evolution Laser Clinic Sydney CBD is a growing clinics specialising in Skin & Tattoo Removal, Laser Hair, Skin Treatments, Fat Freeze, and Cosmetic Injectables. 

We are the experts of medical grade hair removal, skin treatments, fat freezing, and cosmetic injections.

We're looking for a reliable, dedicated Skin & Laser Therapist to grow their skills and learn managerial roles. 

You're sales and results driven (and if you're not you better learn quickly), and care about providing the ultimate customer experience for all your clients (just talk to them like they're your relatives -- you'll be fine). 

You're well presented, confident, enthusiastic, and a strong team player & leader!

You'll perform Candela hair removal for men and women, as well as an exciting range of skin treatments utilising the latest devices in skin, body, and more.  

 What else we're looking for: 

• Someone with strong skills in sales, retailing and recommending treatments and products 
• Prior beauty experience, 2IC skills
• Lead by example and work well in a team environment 
• Motivated to meet targets and KPI's (You'll love that extra cash when it hits your account, trust us)
• Cheerful, confident, positive, and enthusiastic outlook on their work environment
• Keen interest in skin, skincare products and body technologies
• Strong communication skills that allow you to converse freely and honestly with individual clients 
• Work well in a team. You know, the "Ride or die" stuff. We're an intimate small business and go above and beyond for each other. You best be the same.

You'll be led by somebody with 20 years experience in the beauty industry, so you're in good hands.

Essential Criteria: Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Laser Safety Officer Certificate, Candela laser experience preferable but not essential, leadership skills. 

Remember: it's a sales driven role, and you must be available to work flexible hours. The clinic is open 7 days a week and 1 Saturday or Sunday shift is required each week. It's part of it. But you're with us, so it's like being with your friends anyway.
