About the Role:The role of an Officer, Rostering Operations involves maintaining daily authorisations, backfill, managing employee data in TimeTarget and responding to the Rostering needs of Operational/ Custodial staff who use TimeTarget at their respective location.
Some of your duties will include:- Preparing and publishing fortnightly rosters, up to 8 weeks in advance and maintain rosters daily.
- Performing daily quality checks and manually authorise any required outstanding timesheet exceptions from the previous working day.
- Performing daily and fortnightly salary checks and payroll previews and resolve anomalies to ensure the accuracy of all timesheets and payroll data for Payroll processing.

About You:As an ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Knowledge and experience in rostering, human resource services and/ or payroll, within complex custodial environments is highly desirable.
- Experience and proficiency in the use of TimeTarget, Chris21 and/ or other rostering and payroll systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret and provide advice on departmental policies and, enterprise awards and agreements is highly desirable.
Qualifications:- A relevant qualification or work experience is highly desirable.
