FULL-TIME 2IC RETAIL POSITION

STAR LIQUOR INNISFAIL

An exciting opportunity exists for a full-time 2IC Position at our Star Liquor store in Innisfail!

We are looking for an enthusiastic applicant who can support team members and the Retail Manager. Someone who leads from the front by setting and providing the highest levels of customer service. A team player who wants to further their career in the Star Group family.

• Retail liquor product knowledge

• Forklift ticket preferred 

Main Duties

• Liaise with the Retail Manager in relation to any retail concerns when required
• Ensuring smooth, day-to-day operations within retail outlets
• Monitoring and ensuring high levels of customer service
• Receiving stock and confirmation on quantities of the same
• Preparing displays and presenting stock, including specials and ticket writing
• Picking stock for internal transfers/Corp sales
• Maintain cellar or liquor store in good order with a high standard of cleanliness
• Monitoring defined staff presentation and grooming standards
• Other incidental and peripheral duties, as requested by management

Minimum requirements/qualifications that are required for this position are as follows:

• RSA certificate
• Previous bottleshop experience

A full-time position (38 hours per week) is available for the successful candidate and will include weekends and evening work. Job to commence mid to late January.
