The Beet Bar Cafe in Townsville City is looking for a 2IC to work under our wonderful store Manager.
Experience desired but not required. If you think you have the positive can-do attitude and leadership skills to fulfill this role, please apply!
Number of days worked is flexible (if 4 shifts per week suits you better than 5 that's fine with us) but must be available to work the days our Manager is not in store (plus weekends and PH's).
Duties include working alongside staff to make orders, run food, clean etc… as well as completing stock ordering, talking with suppliers, leading staff, taking care of customers, organising catering, communicating with store owners & over-seeing the general operation of the cafe.
Applicants who are also barista's will take preference.
We have the most amazing team and are looking for a happy individual with the right caring attitude who can also lead and be assertive where required.
