Tyreright Salisbury is looking for an experienced Tyre Fitter with basic leadership/management experience to join their team as the store 2IC.

Roles/Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and directing the day-to-day operation and sales.
- Support the team and store activities to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Workshop based tyre fitting, repairs, wheel alignments and service fitting as required.
- Assist with coordination and allocation of work and the tyre fitting team, including the completion or relevant documentation.
- Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve all areas of the business.
- Work in accordance with company guidelines and values when dealing with customers, staff and suppliers.
- Provide technical support and supervision.
- Monitor and control inventory, including regular stocktakes.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
Skills & Experience
- Experienced Tyre Fitter/technician:
- Workshop based and service experience.
- LV & HV experience required - 2 years minimum.
- OTR experience highly desirable.
- Tyre/automotive sales and customer service experience.
- Valid driver's licence & reliable transport.
