King Trailer Industries a family owned and operated business trading for over 70 years. We are manufacturers of Box and Boat Trailers, flat trays, slide on campers, motor homes, general engineering and Sales service and repairs.
We are currently looking for a 2nd/3rdYear Metal Fabrication Apprentice to join the team.
Working with qualified and skilled engineers, you will gain valuable hands-on experience, mentoring and support from a friendly and professional team
Our core business is trailers, so you'll be responsible for the following:
Welding and cutting, using a variety of methods and equipment
Measuring and assembly of a range of metal trailers
Apply principles of occupational health and safety in the work environment
The successful candidate will:
Have previously commenced into a Fabrication Apprenticeship (MANDATORY)
Be a confident communicator
Be able to undertake manual/physical work
Motivated with a genuine interest in the fabrication industry
Be trustworthy and reliable
Have a high level of attention to detail
Suitable applicants must have a genuine interest in completing their Fabrication Apprenticeship, be motivated and willing to work hard to get trade qualified.
