We are seeking two Senior Civil Site Supervisors to be involved in exciting Perth Metropolitan projects, ideally candidates available for an immediate start. One candidate required for works in the East of Perth across Dayton/Midland/Ellenbrook and the other in Northern subrubs such as Wangara.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision and direction of project team members in line with site programs.
- Lead and Supervise/Coordinate Plant, Materials, and Subcontractors daily.
- Performing Quality Assurance and Risk Management.
- Planning, executing, monitoring and closing of all works.
- Working within the project budget.
- Assist with materials procurement and quality documentation.
- Conducting status review meetings with project team members and send weekly progress reports to Management.
- Ensuring all site personnel adhere to company policies.
- Maintain site records and be responsible for onsite OH&S Documentation including Toolbox Meetings and completing incident/near miss reporting.
- Manage multiple projects at one time and ensure programs, productions and budgets are met.
- Understand SOW and follow up on Variations, changes, etc.
About you
- Possess a broad knowledge of Civil Construction; Subdivisions; Stormwater and Drainage; Common Services; Road Works; Bulk Earthworks.
- Knowledge of industry standards - 5 years minimum experience
- Strong planning and organisational skills are essential, including recording site progress.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and construction programs.
- Ability to work flexible hours and willing to operate plant and equipment if required.
- Strong communication skills with site personnel, subcontractors, clients and stakeholders.
